There are 14,000 people waiting for a transplant in Japan.
Only 2% actually go through a transplant operation.
What do you think about this number?
It's not a familiar topic if you're healthy.
"Let's talk about organ transplant."
That's how we want to start with.
Using fashion, a topic everyone is somewhat related to,
this project regenerates broken clothes through a transplant operation.
The project aims to bring a moment to save life through the power of fashion.
If you want us to repair a clothes,
please take a picture of the clothes,
and use the form below to send it to us.
We will confirm you picture,
and will send you a back so that
you can send the clothes to our office.
Our designer will match the donated
clothes with your clothes that needs
to be fixed through a transplant.
We will return the fixed clothes. The
donated clothes and the fixed clothes
continues to live as someone's clothes.
Something that's around me might be actually useful for someone. Just thinking about that makes me happy and gives me confidence. I'd like to start that by what I'm wearing: fashion. It might become a connection of life. I feel like I've just started something very important.
I filled with joy and gratitude for being able to once again wear the clothing that motivated me. If more people understand about organ transplant, I'm sure there will be more lives that are saved. I want to embrace lives and things with love for longer life. I want to help.
